Baseball Ontario has implemented an online registration process for umpire and clinic registration. The document attached will direct you to the procedure. Please read this email and the document carefully to avoid problems with this process.
There are two streams you will encounter at first glance, “new umpire” & “existing umpire” both with different requirements. Select the one that applies to your situation. You must register through this process to attend the clinic.
New umpires should have a straightforward entry as they will be inputting to the system for the first time. (Be sure to remember your login password as this will be used again next year to register.)

Existing umpires will have a different experience as they will have to enter the system with the exact name as is on the current database. Check your information at http://www.baseballontario.com/Umpires/Club/Forms/UmpireInquiry.aspx . (Use your login as set up last season to access your profile.)

During the process you will receive systems generated emails notifications: (be sure to provide us with a valid email and add [email protected] to your contact list to avoid these notifications going to junk or spam filtered)
1)    An umpire registering into a clinic must first set up (or update) their umpire profile – they will get a system generated email notification that they have done this.
2)    When the umpire then enrols into an umpire clinic – a systems generated email will go to both the registrant and the Local Umpire Supervisor (myself)
3)    When a local Umpire Supervisor (myself) approves (or rejects) a registrant – a systems generated email will be sent to both the registrant and the Local Umpire Supervisor
Our Affiliate is “TBA” this needs to be selected to populate the next drop down box for league
Our clinic is listed as: [2019/04/07] [Level 1/2] U19-80 [Etobicoke Baseball Association (EBA)] [3199 Lakeshore Blvd. Humber Lakeshore Campus Gym and Classroom]
