by | Aug 23, 2011

The wins and championship titles keep on rolling for Bloordale’s Rookieball Select team. Fresh off two tournament titles, the Rookies can now add Toronto West Champions to the team resume. The team sealed the deal on Sunday, Aug. 21 with an 11-7 victory over the Royal York Cardinals in the championship game. The Bombers had their back against the wall having lost the previous game just hours before by a 4-3 count. Bloordale will now represent Toronto West at the SOBA Provincial Championships in Thorold, ON on Labour Day weekend.
Good Luck to the entire team. Win, Lose, or Draw, the Bloordale family is behind you. No matter what happens, be proud and hold your heads high. There are hundreds of teams across the province that would want to be in your shoes on Labour Day Weekend. This is what your season has been building towards. Wear the Bloordale Green and gold with pride.
