New Umpires
All new Umpires must complete the Umpire Registration form (below). Failure to do that may mean you will not get on our Umpire Roster or receive communications.
In the registration number box, put “Completed” or “Pending” if you do not have a number yet.
Becoming An Umpire
New Umpire Info
All umpires are required to successfully complete the training offered through the Ontario Baseball Association. Information on the clinics can be found at www.playoba.ca. It is preferable that you attend the Etobicoke Clinic when offered, but you can attend any clinic for your level. Please be aware that you must maintain annual registration, or you will lose a level.
In order to get on our Bloordale Umpire roster, please follow the link and complete the Umpire Registration form below.
Once I receive it, I will put you on our Bloordale House league umpire roster, and you will receive communication about game opportunities and schedules.
House League Umpire Uniform is the Navy-Blue Umpire shirt, grey pants, and Navy or Black plain cap (no logo). You will also need to bring a clicker and brush.
Umpires are required to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the game and be familiar with the rules.
