As Bloordale Baseball celebrates its 50th Anniversary, we would like to recognize our neighbourhood partner who is also marking a Golden Year.
Millwood Junior School is celebrating its 50th Anniversary in 2013. The organizing committee is planning a fabulous one-day event on Saturday, May 4.
The day will start with an Open House, 1-4 p.m., at the school. It will include: Decade Rooms, Archives, Cupcake Café and a family Kick-Ball game.
Later in the evening, Alumni and friends will gather at the Markland Pub (5-7 p.m.) to swap tales of the good old days and get caught up on where life has taken them.
