Bloordale Baseball is pleased to announce that registration is now open for the 2021 house league season.  Players can be registered using this TeamSnap registration form: https://go.teamsnap.com/forms/252072 Given the cancelled 2020 house league season, and the current pandemic, our intention was to keep rates flat year over year.  However our Baseball Ontario insurance carrier now requires vulnerable sector checks (that is, police checks) for all baseball league volunteers.  While these checks will provide an additional level of comfort and security, …

During the November 20 Etobicoke Baseball Association (EBA) Annual General Meeting, two Bloordale people received well-deserved rewards: Ryan Freeman won the EBA volunteer of the year award.  In a few short years at Bloordale, Ryan has made a significant contribution.  He has completely revamped the Bloordale website bloordalebaseball.com, and has helped launch TeamSnap software as the league registration system.  TeamSnap is now in use by all Bloordale house league, select, and rep teams.  Ryan has been the T-Ball convenor for several …

Bloordale Baseball alumni Jake Sprenger was one of five local high school students recognized during the November 7 Etobicoke Sports Hall of fame banquet.  Jake received the prestigious Toronto Marlboros High School Scholarship.  This scholarship is awarded annually to students who have distinguished themselves in the classroom and community as well as having excelled both academically and athletically.
