Bloordale thanks and depends on the many volunteer coaches who make running the league possible. There will be an information meeting on Wednesday April 17 at the Canadiana Restaurant (Six Points Plaza) for all 2019 Bloordale house league head coaches and assistants.  During this meeting, there will be a review of Bloordale policies, followed by break-outs of the various age divisions to review specific rules and answer any questions coaches may have. Brian Walsh Receives Etobicoke Baseball Lifetime Award

During the November 2018 Annual General Meeting of the Etobicoke Baseball Association, long time Bloordale treasurer Brian Walsh received the prestigious EBA Volunteer Lifetime Achievement Award. As Brian recalls, in 1998, after each of his three daughters had played with Bloordale, the league put out a call asking for volunteers.  With his background in accounting, Brian thought he would help with the league’s finances.  Brian has been the league’s Treasurer ever since.
